It is important to keep physically active. There are various exercise plans available, which enable you to exercise at home. One of my FAVORITE exercise plans is the Xbx plan by the Royal Canadian Air Force. It takes only 15 minutes a day, out of your busy schedule. I love this program, since this is a manageable block of time to work with. Their program starts you off VERY gradually, and builds you up your endurance slowly. It is adapted to your specific age group. There is also a 5bx program for men. (My father used it for years!) If you would like to read more about it, please visit my blogspot.
