The "BEST" time to exercise!!

According to the latest research, the BEST time to exercise, is between
4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, when your body's temperature is higher.  You will burn more calories, and your work out will be more effective. I heard this on the "John Tesh" radio program:  .... "Intelligence for Your Life"
