Re: ~ weight issues/tips (risks with green tea)

I came across this article about the benefits of drinking green tea, but it cautions
patients with hypothyroidism, about the fluoride content in the tea. It may boost
metabolism, but affect those who are hypothyroid.  It definitely appears to boost metabolism!  (The second link has many more links to follow if you want to read more!)
