The latest research on pedometers........

The latest research on pedometer usage, indicates that people who wear pedometers will walk more steps, than if they don't wear one. (The increased awareness of physical performance, through steps, increases the steps!!)This information came from John Tesh's program, called, "Intelligence for Your Life": 
 
 
So.......if you have a pedometer, "keep wearing it"!   If you know you need to walk more, and "need the motivation to move", you might like to consider investing in one!  Remember.....it takes 10,000 steps/day to stay healthy!!
