I found some excellent weight loss tips on this website link:
One of these tips was recently mentioned on the radio, concerning the use of smaller plates. In North America, our dinner plates are larger than in countries where obesity is not a problem. (ie. 20% larger plates leads to 20% more obesity).
To ward off obesity problems, "start setting the table with smaller plates". This was mentioned in the above article, from some of the top experts in weight loss.
