A thank you to my father, who e-mailed me this information yesterday, to forward to my groups!!! My parents have always been an example to the rest of us, demonstrating a healthy lifestyle of eating right, and participating in aerobics classes, even in their mid - 70s! My mother's pedometer read over 11,000 steps yesterday! She has recently recorded steps of over 19,000 in one day! As senior citizens, age is not "slowing them down"!!! What an example for the rest of us!!!
