You are precious is the site of God!!! You are commanded by scriptures to look after yourself. If we don't look after ourselves properly, how can we care for our families the way God intended us to?
"Love your neighbor as yourself." (Leviticus 19:18)
Take time to fellowship with family and friends! Try to get out at least once a week, to attend a Bible study, or other activity to get you out of the house, so you are not isolated.
